Explanation
Burners provide a safe, clean and economical wood fire effect. Flame intensity can be adjusted from minimum to maximum. The minimum flame length is 10 cm and the maximum flame length is 40-50 cm. The adjustment control buttons are located on the control panel at the front where the user can easily reach. On the right side of the oven, there are 3, 4, 5 or 6 burners arranged in a row depending on the size of the oven. These burners are controlled by 2 adjustable valves. When more than one burner burns in a line, it creates a flame base similar to wood fire and the width of the flame ensures homogeneous heating and cooking of the oven. Being able to control the burners separately also ensures minimum combustion during off-peak hours, maintaining the temperature of the oven and providing maximum fuel savings. Thanks to the refractories and heat coils under the base and the body, and with its strong insulation resistant to 1260°C, it maintains its temperature. There is no “floor fall” in the baker’s phrase. It maintains the base temperature during peak working hours. It satisfies the user in mass-produced bagel and pita ovens. These furnaces are also designed to burn wood.
They also give excellent results with wood. In order to burn wood, the refractory block on the left side of the furnace is removed and the cast grill supplied with the furnace is placed in its place. The wood is burned on the left. While the cast grill allows the wood to take in the combustion air, the ashes are poured into the ash drawer under the grill. Wood and gas can be burned at the same time. Wood flame and heat give a distinct aroma to the cooked products. Generally, gas is used for cooking and a small amount of wood is used for flavoring. These ovens are produced in 12 different sizes with 80, 90, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160 and 180 cm diameters, 120*160 and 140*180 cm oval elliptical dimensions. G and OG series ovens can be shipped ready assembled according to the place where they are used, or they can be shipped as demounted to be installed in the place. They can be installed in any place with an entrance width of 80 cm, basements and upper floors. G and OG series ovens are TYPE A-1 class devices in the use of natural gas and LPG. In other words, it is in the class of devices that work under the hood. (According to TSE regulations) It does not require a separate chimney. They can be connected to existing ventilation, hood or outdoor.
